POTATO SOUP 4 pts
WHAT YOU NEED:
32oz Frozen Hashbrown
1 Block Fat Free Cream Cheese
1 Container of Chicken (or veggie) Broth
1 bag instant potatoes
Seasonings of your choice
WHAT TO DO:
Combine all ingredients into your crockpot. Cook on low for 4 hours. Once done, cook the instant potatoes according to the directions and add to soup for thickness if desired. I topped mine with fat free cheddar cheese but you could also add some center cut bacon and Greek yogurt!
Pork Tenderloin4 pts
WHAT YOU NEED:
1 Pork Tenderloin
2tbsp Honey
1/2 cup beef broth (just enough to coat the bottom of the crockpot)
Onion Powder to taste
Garlic Salt to taste
Salt & Pepper
1tbs Chili Powder
WHAT TO DO:
Add all ingredients to the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours. The time will totally depend on your crockpot and the amount of meat you are cooking. But keep in mind that it is pork so you want it fully cooked.
Frito Pie Salad-ish 7pts EDIT
WHAT YOU NEED:
1 can Chili Beans
1 can Pinto Beans
1 can Rotel mild
8oz can tomato sauce
1 small onion
1 packet Taco Seasoning
1lb 99% lean turkey
Fritos (duh)
Lettuce,
Salsa, and
Fat Free Greek Yogurt
WHAT TO DO:
Cook turkey & onion on the stove top. Add beans, turkey, onion, tomato sauce, rotel, seasonings of your choice to the crockpot. Cook on high for 2/3 hours. Once all the ingredients are really well combined and the flavors have had a chance to hang out. You are done. It’s SO easy! Add your chili mixture to a bowl, top with all your favorite things and crumble the Fritos on top and ENJOY!!!
Butternut Squash Soup 1 pts EDIT
WHAT YOU NEED:
2lbs Butternut Squash
1 large Onion
2 Sweet Potatoes
2 Apples
2 Cups Veggie Broth
1 can Lite Coconut Milk
Salt & Pepper to taste
1-2 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Nutmeg
Minced garlic to taste
WHAT TO DO:
Combine all ingredients in the crockpot. Give it all a good mix, as best you can. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until all veggies are easy to smash with a fork. Once completely cooked through, blend all together. Let stand while you cook some center cut bacon to top soup with. It add a great texture and savory taste to the soup that really compliments it so well! I think this recipe can come off a bit intimidating but please don’t let it! It’s so easy and y’all it’s SO good!
