There are some wonderful ideas in this latest eBook, “10 Easy Low-Carb Recipes”, available to the general public. In fact, I’d go so far as to say that it’s the best resource I’ve seen for a long time when it comes to low carb and keto dieting. I think that just about everybody could use a little extra help with their diet. Even if you’ve never cooked with low-carb before…

The great thing about “10 Easy Low-Carb Snacks” is that it really addresses some very common problems for people when they’re on a ketogenic diet. After all, one of the biggest complaints about low-carb diets is that you can’t eat certain things. These include pretty much everything that chocolate has, which makes me very sad. I love chocolate but there’s just no way around it… at least for now.

Another thing you can’t do is buy any sort of prepackaged food from a store or even a grocery story! These are absolutely NOT acceptable. You have to make your own meals and it’s going to be difficult. And then there’s the problem of frozen and dry foods as well. Frozen veggies aren’t always in your best interest either.

If you have some experience cooking in the past, these problems will be a lot easier to deal with. This book will walk you through each recipe step-by-step so that you can come up with your own low carb version of every dish. It also has some recipes for breads, desserts and snacks specifically. All 10 easy low-carb recipes can be found in this cookbook.

The first of the ten easy low-carb recipes found in Cook’s Illustrated is called French dip

This is basically a baked sandwich. You take refried beans, cheese and sour cream to create a quick and easy low-carb meal that is good any day of the week. For additional options, you can take chicken or shrimp, too. A word of caution, though – this may be a meal that is too rich if you’re not careful.

The next of the 10 easy low-carb recipes found in Cook’s Illustrated is called bread pudding. This is a great way to enjoy a nice, warm bowl of bread pudding without having to deal with the excess carbohydrates. To make this recipe, simply cook the pudding until it is warm and then add in a little sugar and flour. You’ll need about 2 cups of bread to make this dessert, so be sure to keep some on hand!

The last of the ten easy low-carb recipes found in this cookbook is called cinnamon rolls. These are yet another delicious way to enjoy cinnamon and bread. In order to make these rolls, all you need is a rolled dough. Simply mix the dry ingredients (such as cinnamon) into the wet, and then roll the dough to form it into a circle. Place the cinnamon rolls on a baking sheet and bake them until they are warm and then remove them from the baking sheet.

The diet does require that you watch your calories, so you will have to do some checking and weighing in order to stay within the recommended daily allowance. However, once you have started your new easy low-carb diet, you will feel better than ever. You will be able to enjoy the fruits and vegetables that are part of the diet, and you won’t be hungry as often because you will consume healthier foods.
