Is it Good to Eat Lots of Grapefruit?
Many people think that eating plenty of grapefruit is good for their health. It is believed to be a healthy choice because of its high fiber content and because it contains almost no fat. The truth is that this fruit is great if you eat the right amount. Too much of it can cause indigestion, bloating, gas and water retention.
