This vegetarian crustless Keto/Low carb quiche is the perfect weight loss recipe! So easy to make, even complete beginners can cook it! It’s low carb, high fat recipe, perfect for your weight loss dinner.
Healthy and at the same time Keto quiche recipe with broccoli and mushrooms – The Easiest Keto Recipe for Beginners. This Keto quiche without crust is low carb, gluten free, flourless and so tasty. It takes 10 minutes prep, 20 minutes cooking. That’s it! This recipe is perfect for HFLC diet as well as low carb diet or even keto diet.

Ingredients:
Broccoli, raw, 200 Grams (7.05oz, 200g)
Scallions or spring onions, tops and bulb, raw, 15 Grams (0.53oz, 15g)
Beef Dripping, 20 Grams (0.71oz, 20g)
Button Mushrooms, 200 Grams (7.05oz, 200g)
Egg, 6 Medium (9.31oz, 264g)
Parsley, dried, 2 Teaspoons (0.04oz, 1.1g)
Smoked Paprika, 1 Teaspoon (0.14oz, 4g)
Red pepper (cayenne), ground, 1 Teaspoon (0.06oz, 1.8g)
Garlic powder, 1 Teaspoon (0.11oz, 3.2g)
Black pepper, 1⁄4 Teaspoon (0.02oz, 0.6g)
Salt, Himalayan (pink), 1⁄4 Teaspoon (0.05oz, 1.5g)
Fresh Double Cream, 1⁄2 Cup
Cheddar cheese, 100 Grams (3.53oz, 100g)
