You must then coat the entire fillet with olive oil. The olive oil will help to preserve the freshness of the fish and at the same time prevent the fish from drying out. When preparing this fish for oven cooking do not forget to reserve about 1 tablespoon of the reserved olive oil for when the fish is served.
Next, in the mean time you should prepare the four minutes’ recipe of bread crumbs. By using a bread crumb maker you will be able to form these crumbs into a shape that will look somewhat like a ball. Next, take your ball of bread and form it into a ring. Place this ring of bread on the top of the fish and crimp it using a fork. Crimping the bread helps to seal the meat together and also creates a better seal thus preventing the fish from releasing its juices which can cause the bread to lose its shape.
Now you need to take the four minutes recipe and wrap it up in aluminum foil
Next you will want to put the four minutes recipe in the oven at the same time that you are pouring in the ingredients for the wild salmon to cook. Allow the salmon to cook for three minutes. Remove the foil once the salmon is done. It will be ready to serve with the desired ingredients for a delicious home cooked meal that is both delectable and healthy.
