How to cook szechuan tofu is quite simple
All you need is a traditional Chinese cooking pot or wok, some soy sauce and white wine. You do not have to use any cooking oil or butter when cooking this type of food, but you can if you wish to. If you are using a wok, you should place the tofu in the wok with the sauce at the bottom.
In order to cook this type of food correctly, you should marinate the tofu beforehand. In most cases, this task is easily accomplished using your favorite marinade. The basic marinade is made by mixing onions, soy sauce and sugar into a bowl. You should then add the cubed cooked meat and allow it to stand for about five minutes. At this point you should mix in the wine and bring the mixture to a gentle boil. Once the meat has been brought to a simmer, you should add the white wine and allow it to simmer for about five minutes.
