The second way of cooking this dish is called grilling. You need a heavy pan with a tight fitting lid and this is where your meat will be cooked. Start to lay your chops on the bottom rack of the grill and cover them tightly. Turn the grill to medium low and cook the chops until they are about half done. If they do not go through the whole process very quickly, you may need to put a lot of pressure on the grill to get them done.

All you have to do is add your vegetables to the skillet and allow them to get warm. Once they are warm enough, then turn off the heat and cover the vegetables with your tasty sauce. Then just cover the rest of the meal in your favorite sauce and let it cook on the bottom of the skillet. This cuts down on the cleanup time and is way faster than grilling the pork.

Because most pots do not have high temperatures, you are going to have to bring the temperature up a little in order to bring out the flavor.
