RECIPES IN VIDEO:
Apple Pie Oatmeal:
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix together and cook in instant pot for 2 minutes. If you don’t have an IP, soften apples in microwave for 2-3 minutes.
1/2 cup oats
1/2-3/4 of a banana – smash in the pot with oatmeal
Place oatmeal in bowl, sprinkle of brown sugar and cinnamon and top apples.
Fiesta Rice Bowl:
Low Sodium Taco Sauce
Throw it all in a bowl – it doesn’t et as easy as that!
Korean Potato lettuce Wraps
1 TBSP Maple Syrup
2 TBSP Low Sodium Soy Sauce
Serve on Romaine Lettuce
Green Orange Smoothie:
1 orange peeled
A few pieces of frozen pineapple
1 Large handful of Spinach
2 Cups of water
