Butter Pecan Cheesecake
Directions:
2 8oz. Packages Cream Cheese (softened)
1 Cup Granulated White Sugar
3 Tbsp. Sour Cream
2 Eggs (lightly beaten)
2 Tbsp. Butter Flavoring
1 Tsp. Vanilla
¾ Cups Chopped Pecans
1 Ready to Use 10-inch Graham Cracker Crusts
Toppings:
Chopped Pecans, Caramel Sauce, Whipping Cream
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, granulated white sugar, and sour cream. Blend together using an electric hand mixer for about 1 minute. Add eggs, butter flavoring, and vanilla, and blend together for about 4 minutes. Then fold in the chopped pecans.
Pour the filling into the ready to use graham cracker crust.
Place in the oven and bake at 300 degrees for 65 to 70 minutes, or until golden brown around the outside edge of the filling. Remove from the oven, place on a wire rack and let cool. Then place in the refrigerator for several hours.
Serve and sprinkle with chopped pecans, drizzle with caramel sauce, and a dollop of whipping cream and enjoy!
