Mississippi Chicken:
3-4 pounds of chicken breast
1 packet Lipton soup mix
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
Pepperoncini’s (I use a bunch, but you can use as little or as many as you like)
1/2 stick – 1 stick of butter
Dump chicken, soup mix, and ranch packet onto chicken into the crock pot. Top with butter and surround the chicken with as many or as little pepperoncini’s you would like. Cook on high 4-6 hours or low for 6-8.

Slow Cooker Meatball Subs:
2 bags frozen meatballs
1 jar of pasta sauce
1 28 ounce can of peeled tomatoes
Dump meatballs and sauce into crock pot. Puree your peeled tomatoes and add to the crockpot. Cook on low for as long as possible. The longer the sauce cooks, the better it tastes.
