I’m comin’ at you today with another What I Eat In a Day vlog!
Come along as I share my day and meal ideas with you.
For breakfast, I made an easy smoothie –

As a snack, I drank a glass of celery juice.
For lunch, I made a Roasted Veggie Soup:
Better Than Bouillon (for flavor)
Air-fry your veggies for 30 – 45 minutes and once they’re done, add about ½ of the mixture to your blender with water (to preference) and you have a savory soup!
I served mine over rice with a side salad.
For dinner –
I made cilantro lime rice (inspired by Chipotle)

I also made 2 different versions of a chili-inspired dish!
For maximum weight loss, I’d recommend eating the jackfruit option.
I used silken tofu for the alternative recipe.
I seasoned both bases with taco seasoning, I added tomato paste to the mixture, and topped it all with drained black beans.
Once your mixture is all incorporated, saute it over some red onions and once it’s cooked, serve it over your rice.
I ate a salad with salsa as my dressing.

Give yourself grace – this is a journey of self-discovery and growth. If your results aren’t as quick as mine, let’s chat it out together and find you a solution. Don’t be discouraged!
